Today, at the Yoga class, it was Rebecca on duty again. She made us lie down with our heads turned towards the center of the room and do the “bees’ breathing”. This means drawing in your breath through the nose, and then releasing it again through the nose, but while doing so, humming like a bee. This is a whole-body-whole-team experience, because your own hum mixes with that of the other bees and resonates throughout every cell of your body. Very intense.
B.t.w., our killer queen made us squirm again, turn and twist, bend and stretch – I guess I was not the only one who went home with some pain or the other… everywhere. But it felt sooo good.
