IMG_0207I love the color of an autumn ginkgo. You see them stand out due to the heavy, sunny golden shine, which makes them the beauty amongst all the browns and greys which are prominent nowadays.

When I took the photographs of this beautiful fellow, I overheard a conversaiton of two elderly women standing nearby. And this was an example of wonderful communication, as those two will never ever argue. How can I know? Well, they apparently did not listen to each other, leading two different conversations in parallel.

A: “I went to see my children last weekend.”
B: “My husband is not better yet, it’s the same like last week.”
A: “They recently got their third child, I always said that two were enough.”
B: “The doctor said it would take another couple of weeks. Can you imagine?”
A: “But now that the little one is there, I think they will struggle with the money.”

I stopped to listen. It was just too painful. Not so much what they said, but that they said it so uselessly.

Let’s have a closer look at my autumn beauty instead. Sorry for the bad pictures, I only got my phone at hand.IMG_0204 IMG_0205 IMG_0206 IMG_0208 IMG_0209 IMG_0207
