Oh, what a surprise! Waiting for my ferry in Picton, Marlborough, NZ, I browsed the little shops along High Street. There, some crafty things grabbed my attention and I entered the shop of Bonnie Coad and her fellow artists from Marlborough Artisans. And then, look at this…!
Bonnie makes very funny paintings, well, it is a mixture of collage and acrylic painting. She makes “sewing patterns” of pets, the funniest ones I have ever seen. You can find a golden cat there, for those who have everything. And a bird, and not to forget the butterfly. But most of all I love the cats.
Check her website here, or better still, visit her in Picton, High Street.
The pictures in this blog post are Bonnie’s, soo all rights belong to her.
