As part of the Triennale 2018, a co-creation space was founded in Wulpenstraat: the House of Time. Besides some wooden structures like benches, a bar, pleasant seating areas, one other place caught my eye. It is a kind of silo / bulk tank standing at the side of the space, maybe 5 meters in diameter. From the outside, it looks a little scary, in particular as there is an open door leading to the inside. But I was very surprised to realise that the place is quite light inside, because there are some words cut out from the metal walls – if you look up and turn around 360 degrees, it reads CHANGE YOUR LIFE NOW. Some food for thought, huh?

 

Back into the sunlight, we passed some house boats anchoring on the canal. And I fell in love with Rudy… But see yourself:
