I love the drama above the clouds. This is somewhere over Denmark, on my way from Helsinki to Frankfurt. Normally, I’m an in-flight reader or sleeper, but this time I had the grand movie outside to entertain me.
A rock church, a church on a rock – whatever rock / church combination you wish for, Helsinki probably has it. I’m tired from a long day of walking.
What are the stereotypes about Finns? I don’t really know, and I don’t care either. But I have a new one and would suggest to establish it in the eternal book of global stereotypes:

Being back in Munich, I’m trying a different hotel, just for a change, and just to escape the brownish-elderly interior design of my usual hotel.
I work in an office located in a building where trade fairs are held. This week, we had a fair themed “What Bavaria will need tomorrow”
No, it’s not pink, it’s magenta, actually. Anyway, I will never ever enjoy this sight out of my bedroom window. It was my good-night view for nearly 10 years, but by moving, I lost it.
