What are the stereotypes about Finns? I don’t really know, and I don’t care either. But I have a new one and would suggest to establish it in the eternal book of global stereotypes:The Finns are powerful singers. Today I had planned to visit the olympic tower to get an overview of the city. But that plan did not materialize as the tower was closed due to a football game Liverpool – Helsinki. I have no clue why me climbing the Tower would disturb the game in any way, but anyway…
So, I got a little concert instead of a view, and I must say that was not a bad alternative. I heard the hymns long after I had left the place, in my way through the park and while sitting in a cafe eating yummy blueberry cake. Well done, Finns!
