You cannot imagine the profile picture of the guy who drew this card. He is in a hand stand with his legs protruding at a very alarming angle from his bent body… Very impressive. But for me, all the poses depicted below are enough of a challenge for practice. I need to get into yoga like a beginner as I have neglected my practice for the many months of marathon training. But now, refreshed, I think of practicing more regularly again.
